The last traces of winter

Also known as “That time I forgot I was shooting black & white film”.

I learned my lesson - now I make a note of the film in the camera. Shot some stunning frozen river scenes with golden reeds which are now monochromatic. I also learned what happens to film when you change lenses in 19 degree weather…it’s not good. But fortunately, all was not lost! Fred and Mike (the two stray cats I met along the way) made everything worthwhile.

These were shot on my Fujica ST605 with Ilford XP2.
